Cancellation Policy

• Up to 3 months - no cancellation fees,
• 3 months to 2 months - 50%,
• 2 months to 1 month - 70%,
• 1 month to 1 week - 90%,
• in the last week - 100%.
  The landlord therefore recommends taking out cancellation insurance through European Travel Insurance.
